At the park

Cache and I are leaving tomorrow, and Dad will be on his own for a couple of weeks. We have spent a lot of time together this week as a family and we have really enjoyed it. Tonight we went to the park for a while and Dad and Cache ran around and played on all the toys. I don't know which one of them like the park more?

We decided it was time Cache started pulling his weight around the house, he now is in charge of the trash cans. Cache's favorite movie is Sandlot. He will sit still for the whole thing, and he loves to sit down with his pillow and enjoy. Dad and Cache love to shave together, such a bonding experience. Also, Cache loves to do a funny face. We ask him to do his funny face and that's what we get.

Grasshopper Hunting

Cache and I went hunting using our new bug barn from camp Smada. It was fun to see Cache try to grab the grasshopper. He is fearless! We let the grasshopper go free after we were done, (Thayne said we had to let him go or Cache might end up in jail for 2 years like Michael Vick for animal abuse. Thayne says he is excited to have Michael Vick with the Eagles this year.).

Sports

This summer has been fun because we are so close to so many sport teams. We went to a Redskins game, a Baltimore Orioles game, and a Wash Nationals game. Also, Thayne went to a NYY game in NY and brought back this outfit for Cache.

DC Temple

Two Sundays ago we went and walked around the Washington DC Temple. It was a fun Sunday activity. We also went to the visiter center and enjoyed looking at the space exhibit.
